Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days after payment has been received. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Because many of our products are handcrafted or made in small batches, processing times may occasionally be slightly longer. If there is a significant delay, we will contact you using the email address provided with your order.

We currently ship through trusted carriers such as USPS and UPS, depending on the size and destination of your order.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please verify that your shipping address is accurate before placing your order. Hobson Family Farms is not responsible for delays or additional shipping charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the shipping carrier to help resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Local Pickup

If local pickup is available, this option will be offered during checkout. You will receive an email when your order is ready for pickup, along with pickup instructions.
